Small but growing specialist recruitment company seeking to develop structured approach to employee management, benefits provision and performance management. Fresh provided a straightforward template for contracts of employment and worked with the client to develop an employee handbook which suited their culture in terms of language, tone and content.

We developed a revised performance appraisal system for the Client, particularly focusing on objective and measurement setting for the new financial year. Utilising both the SMART model for objective setting and also the balanced scorecard concept, we are in the process of implementing a long term process in which both employee and employer contribute and buy into.

Following a business restructure by the Client, a redundancy programme was instigated managed by Nikki Jones. The process incorporated preparation of all documentation, creation of timetable for activity and liaison with the Client's solicitors to manage compromise agreements. Project was two months in duration and met with legislative guidelines for employee consultation.

Working with our recruitment partner, we have recruited a number of sales and marketing professionals utilising direct advertising, job boards and headhunting initiatives. Utilised assessment techniques through development of assessment centres incorporating in-tray exercise, role play and competency based interviews.
